Intermittent Hypoxic Training is a method that is aimed at imitating training in high altitudes by reducing the amount of oxygen in the air you breathe. >> BENEFITS << - Improved oxygen utilisation for better exercise efficiency - Enhanced aerobic capacity for longer sustained efforts - Increased red blood cell production for boosted oxygen-carrying capacity - Better fuel utilisation for energy (e.g. sparing glycogen stores for longer runs!) >> SUITABLE FOR << IHT is suitable for athletes and sports enthusiasts across different disciplines. >> THE PROCESS << - You will be required to purchase a personal training mask and bring it to every session. - Put on your altitude training mask. - Alternate between intervals of hypoxic and normoxic breathing as instructed by our sport scientists.
